Depart UK from London Heathrow (or regional airports) on your international flight to Australia via the Far East.
Thurs 27th June – Melbourne
After a short stop in the Far East, continue on to Australia and arrive this evening. On arrival you will be met by your LWTL representatives, who will escort you to the Mercure Treasury Gardens for a five night stay.
Fri 28th June – Melbourne
After breakfast in the hotel you will have a full day to explore Melbourne. Visit the MCG and tennis centre or take the tram out to St Kilda. During the day, fellow LWTL tourists will arrive from Cairns on the three test tours.
Sat 29th June – 2nd Test
2nd Test Match – Melbourne
Your first big game on tour, today’s pre-match party is to be held at a central Melbourne hotel in the afternoon, leaving a short walk to the stadium for the game.
Sun 30th June – Melbourne
Perhaps with the series in the bag, Sunday in Melbourne could be spent sightseeing, or take the opportunity to see Aussie rules footie at the MCG.
Mon 1st July – Melbourne
A full day at leisure, take a day trip to see the 12 Apostles or go wine tasting in the fashionable Mornington Peninsular.
Tues 2nd July – Melbourne to Sydney
After check-out coaches will take you back to Melbourne Airport for your flight to Sydney. On arrival you will be escorted to the Four Points Sheraton in central Sydney for a six night stay.
Wed 3rd July – Sydney
First full day in Sydney to explore, perhaps take a harbour cruise, walk over the Harbour Bridge or see our Excursions list for further ideas.
Thurs 4th July – Sydney
In the evening you are invited to attend the Living With The Lions Gala Dinner at the Kirribilli Club. From experience of our past tours, this promises to be a fantastic evening of entertainment with our celebrity hosts and guest speakers. Coaches will transfer you to the club in good time for the evening’s entertainment.
Fri 5th July – Sydney
Further time to explore this exciting city, or perhaps get out and see the Blue Mountains or taste wine in the Hunter Valley.
Sat 6th July – 3rd Test
3rd Test Match – Sydney
Its going to be a tense day, the last two tours to Australia have both gone to nail-biting finales. To calm your nerves we have arranged to travel to the final test by boat departing from Circular Quay around 3pm and cruising up river to Homebush in plenty of time for the big game. After the match buses will return you to Sydney so you can continue the celebrations.
Sun 7th July – Sydney
Take the ferry to Manly or the bus to Bondi for a day of recovery. Follow this with (hopefully) celebrations at one of the city’s wonderful choice of restaurants.
Mon 8th July – in flight
After checking out you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
Tues 9th July – home
Unless you chose to have a stopover in the Far East your flight will stop briefly en-route and after changing planes, you will continue on home to the UK

Choosing Your Tour:
Call us on 020 7223 6650 OR email us at email@example.com and we will contact you with further information, hold your tour place and take your deposit. Once you are happy with your tour we will email you our reservation forms for you to complete and return. Please note that you are not 100% confirmed on our tours until we have received your deposit.
Deposit – We will require a £1500 per person deposit on booking.
Interim payment – A further £1500 per person will be due on or before the 1st November 2012. Bookings made after the 1st November 2012 will require payment of deposit and interim payment – £3000 per person.
Final payment – The final balance will be due on or before the 1st April 2013.
